Impressive ability to research and consult as required to grow knowledge and seek answers to support business activity and/or case management, whether at hand or managing future opportunity and potential risk; Expert knowledge of all factors that influence an employees lifecycle and can therefore identify opportunities, risk, challenges and possible solutions; Has exposure to recruitment practices and can identify opportunities and challenges.
