Elite Property Marketing Pty Ltd Raine and Horne Elite Southport QLD Raine & Horne Elite is expanding our commercial division and were looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who loves the operational side of commercial property management but also wants the opportunity to earn more by contributing to business development and portfolio growth. The Role Day-to-day management of commercial assets Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and solicitors Lease administration, rent reviews, outgoings, and arrears Coordinating maintenance and compliance Providing high-level service and proactive communication About You Proven experience in commercial property management(essential) Strong understanding of leases, outgoings, and compliance Highly organised with excellent communication skills Professional, confident, and client-focused Holds a current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or equivalent) Motivated to grow with the business Growth Opportunity In addition to the base salary, this role offers earning potential beyond $60,000 through: Assisting with business development Supporting new commercial managements Expanding the rent roll over time Perfect for someone who wants flexibility now with the option to increase income and responsibility in the future.
