Job Summary We are seeking a Specialist Consultant Psychiatrist (C/A) for a Central North QLD hospital. This permanent fulltime role provides clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, investigation and management of patients over the age of 18 with complex mental health problems. This hospital has 305 beds and is the main referral hospital in Central Queensland, serving a population of over 250,000. The regions climate supports an outdoor lifestyle with an average of over 300 days of sunshine each year. Children and families benefit from abundant childcare centres and wellequipped schools with an excellent reputation for academic results. Housing options range from town dwellings to rural acreage and large properties for farming. Total package value up to $446,028 p.a., comprising salary between $214,897 $227,843 p.a. (L25 L27); or remuneration value up to $408,051 p.a., comprising salary between $179,703 $208,735 p.a. (L18 L24).
