Job Description About the role Due to our continued and rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has an exciting position available for a Casual Security Officer to join our business and work for a very wellknown Global client in our Sunshine, Campbellfield and Burwood location. The Casual Security Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply. Locations: Sunshine, Campbellfield and Burwood VIC Key Tasks Provide a security service in line with the site SOPs and customer requirements in order to protect the customers employees, property and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Deliver a consistently highend, accurate and discreet Securityfocused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s). Ensure the safety and protection of customers people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and serviceoriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always. Deal with queries from the public, customers/visitors and employees.
