As our business continues to grow, were looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. About the Role As our Administrative Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across scheduling, customer service, and office coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and takes pride in being the backbone of a fast-paced field services team. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Assist with scheduling technicians and coordinating site bookings Maintain and update job tracking and CRM systems Prepare quotes, job packs, and client correspondence Process purchase orders, timesheets, and invoices File and manage BYDA plans, project records, and compliance documentation Liaise with field teams, clients, and suppliers as needed General office duties (ordering supplies, handling mail, supporting the management team) Requirements Previous experience in an administration, scheduling, or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude Desirable (but not essential) Experience in construction, trade services, or logistics administration Familiarity with CRM, Xero, or job management software (e.g. SimPRO, AroFlo, or ServiceM8) Knowledge of BYDA processes or utility locating industry (training provided) What We Offer A supportive, down-to-earth team culture Modern office environment with on-the-job training Stability with a long-established and growing business Opportunities to expand your role as the company grows Competitive salary and performance incentives Be part of a professional team making a difference in infrastructure and construction safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
