Reporting to the General Manager - Home and Living, you will lead a diverse portfolio of services including: Supported Independent Living (SIL) Independent Living Options Community Inclusion Onsite Shared Support Services You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring services are safe, contemporary, and customer focused. You will work closely with customers, families, guardians, and support decision-makers to deliver outcomes that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Coordinators across Perth Metro housing locations. Ensure services meet NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Practice Standards. Manage emergency and incident responses with a strong focus on WHS. Build and maintain relationships with community organisations. Oversee budgets and ensure strategic, operational, and financial targets are met. Lead investigations and ensure timely resolutions of incidents. About You What we''ll need to help kick-start your journey with us: Qualification in either Allied Health or another relevant field is highly desirable. Experience in a similar role in the disability sector with knowledge and experience of current trends and issues affecting people with a disability and their families. Knowledge and experience in managing community-based services. Demonstrated ability to deliver customer outcomes, develop and monitor budgets and meet financial KPIs.
