OverviewInventory Coordinator role at Endotherapeutics. The role focuses on coordinating loaned instruments, inspecting, packaging, and distributing instruments used for surgical procedures, and ensuring instrument sets are complete and ready for use across surgical specialties.ResponsibilitiesReceiving, inspecting, and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitalsMaintaining instrument and implant sets to ensure loan kits are ready for use with proper functionality and cleanlinessLiaising with couriers, placing urgent orders and following up on PODs for loan and consignment stockResupplying and picking inventory for hospital consignment locationsSending stock to the sales team for their inventoriesTransacting accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating proceduresFulfillment of Endotherapeutics online ecommerce orders including customer and database updatesSystematic cycle count of stock at Head OfficeReceipt of stock at head office into systems and unpacking into appropriate baysOrder, receipt and unpacking of office supplies including stationery and kitchen suppliesManual handling may be required, up to 15kgAbout YouA highly motivated and positive attitudeAttention to detail in all aspects of your roleGreat organisational and time management skillsAbility to work in a teamCapacity to prioritise tasksGood interpersonal customer support and communication skillsPlease note, as part of this recruitment process, applicants will be required to attend a pre-employment medical.If this sounds like you, click apply now!
