Assist electricians by answering inquiries, providing product knowledge, and navigating orders smoothly. Transform challenges into triumphs by resolving complaints and issues with a blend of professionalism and personal touch. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer concern is resolved swiftly. Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and transactions using our cutting-edge CRM system.
