You will coordinate site activities for areas and packages of work with subcontract teams, maintaining safety and quality management in line with the program.About youWith strong construction delivery experience on new build projects between $50mil 100+mil, you can take ownership of areas of work and maintain engagement with the workforce and subcontractor supervisors, ensuring issues are managed quickly and efficiently.Responsibilities and CapabilitiesDeveloping short term programs and work schedules and understanding the labour requirements.Effectively coordinating and supervising on-site resources for the project and managing trades.Monitoring construction progress and compliance with safety and environmental standardsWorking with engineers to manage construction issues and maintain progress against program.Experience in similar roles on large projects with a main contractor.ContactIf you are interested in this opportunity, wed love to hear from you.
