About The Role The role supports HammondCares mission by delivering strategic research, policy analysis, and datadriven insights to guide Residential Care. It leads innovation projects, provides evidencebased advice, and facilitates collaborative workshops to shape future strategies. The role champions change leadership and continuous improvement while driving external engagement to enhance HammondCares influence and reputation. Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery coordinates and supports the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes are achieved. Strategic Research & Insight identifies emerging trends and risks through horizon scanning and benchmarking, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Policy & Reform Advisory analyzes government reforms and policy changes to provide clear strategic advice to senior leaders, including briefing paper preparation. Innovation & Improvement Design designs and pilots new service models and technologies, collaborating with external partners to test and refine solutions before implementation. Advisory & Influence provides evidencebased advice to managers on strategic opportunities and risks, facilitating workshops to codesign future organisational directions. Change Leadership & Culture Shaping champions a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, guiding how change initiatives are understood and adopted across the organisation. DataDriven Strategy Development uses demographic, market, and financial data to inform planning, create business cases, and evaluate major transformation efforts. External Engagement & Advocacy represents HammondCare in sector forums, building relationships with government and industry to strengthen the organisations influence and reputation. About You Commitment to engage and align with HammondCares Christian Mission and values. Experience coordinating or supporting projects in health, aged care, hospitality, or service environments. Proven experience in an administrative, customerservice, or compliance role, preferably within health or community services. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document management. Strong organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with aged care compliance requirements, including privacy, documentation, and regulatory standards. Demonstrated initiative, problemsolving, and analytical thinking in a fastpaced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive work environment.
