Strong verbal and written communication skills. Current WA Drivers Licence. Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous). Job Role Organise and conduct tours of operational sites for diverse stakeholder groups, including schools, universities, government officials, business partners, and community leaders. Maintain uptodate knowledge and processes to deliver safe and successful tours. Develop and update tourrelated materials such as procedures, routes, speaking notes, Q&A documents, presentations, and merchandise. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the tour programme. Support virtual and inperson tours as required.
