Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property.Provide a professional and courteous customer service experience.Adhere to all relevant security protocols and procedures.Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, providing the necessary support.Assess and respond to situations of risk. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will NeedA valid Security License.Basic First Aid and CPR certification.Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded).Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.Good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role).Reliable transportation (preferred).The ability to follow instructions and work independently.Strong attention to detail.A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
