About the Role Were looking for an inspiring and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new Lyons Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. To be successful for this role, you must possess the following: Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) 4 years, ACECQA approved Minimum 5 years practical experience in early learning settings At least 2 years in an early learning management role with direct staff supervision Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and mediation skills Proven budget management experience Indepth knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF & MTOP, and government funding models Commitment to professional boundaries and ethical practices. Desirable: Experience with Childrens Services Program, ThreeYearOld Preschool Initiative, and Additional Child Care Subsidy programs Current First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis) Current Working with Vulnerable People Card and Police Check Mandatory Reporting training/refresher within the last 12 months Why work with Woden Community Services?
