Opportunity We are currently seeking a Roving Care Manager to work with our team in South Australia, across 11 homes. Role As the Roving Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, change management, ANACC and resident care. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalized care to all residents Knowledge of the aged care sector and standards Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement Develop, monitor and implement nurse care plans, and assess, plan and evaluate existing care plans Perform comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents Participate in and ensure all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures Actively supervise, train, and mentor all RNs and PCWs Qualifications Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA Experience within aged care sector as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader Infection Prevention and Control Qualification (desirable or willing to obtain in role) Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and ANACC Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, development of yourself and staff, and continuous improvement of your site Solid leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain before commencement Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.) Benefits Generous salary packaging and notforprofit tax benefits claim up to $15,900 taxfree plus an additional $2,650 in entertainment per year A caring team environment with strong clinical support Private health insurance discounts An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family Career progression and development opportunities Training and support plus development opportunities Free seasonal flu vaccination Application Our application process takes less than 10 minutes.
