In this permanent, fulltime role, youll work directly with young people in a 24hour care residential setting, helping them build resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. Youll work an average of 5 x 24hour shifts per fortnight on a rotating roster giving you meaningful time off while still making a deep impact. Travel within the North Brisbane region is required a work vehicle is provided while on shift.
