Leading Hand Carpenter Renovations & Extensions Full-Time | Adelaide, SA Competitive Rates + Company Vehicle + Growth Opportunities DVC Projects is a fastgrowing South Australian building company specialising in highquality renovations, extensions, and architectural refurbishments. We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to help deliver premium residential projects across Adelaide. About the Role As our Leading Hand Carpenter, you will play a key role in coordinating daytoday site activities, supervising trades, and ensuring our projects are delivered to the highest standard. Youll work closely with the Site Manager and Director, taking ownership of workmanship, timelines, and site safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor carpentry teams on renovation and extension projects Interpret and work from architectural drawings and specifications Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow on site Undertake highquality carpentry works including framing, fixoff, fitoff, cladding, and architectural detailing Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with WHS requirements Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project management Assist with scheduling, materials ordering, and daily reporting About You Qualified Carpenter (CertIII in Carpentry or equivalent) Minimum 45 years experience in residential construction Previous Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter experience is highly desirable Strong ability to manage teams and drive productivity Excellent attention to detail and commitment to highquality finishes White Card & valid drivers licence Ability to problemsolve on site and work under minimal supervision Professional, reliable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + allowances Opportunities to step into Site Supervisor roles as we grow Stable pipeline of highend renovation and extension projects Supportive, modern, and forwardthinking construction business Longterm career development and training available How to Apply If you''re a motivated Leading Hand Carpenter looking to join a professional and growing team, wed love to hear from you.
