AHS Group is a well-established family-owned business distributing Kubota and Case Earthmoving Equipment through a dealer network throughout NSW and supplying excavator buckets and attachments Australia wide. We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Parts Interpreter to join our Kubota 5-star dealership located at Queanbeyan. Day to day duties include Providing excellent customer service to our customers Process parts sales over the phone and at our parts counter which includes invoicing, picking, packing and distribution Spare parts interpretation Process internal sales to our service & sales departments Conduct annual and rolling stock takes General warehousing duties Scheduling in of Service Jobs and liaising with customer about progress The successful candidate will need to demonstrate Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter preferred but not essential Good communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Forklift licence (advantage) Shift - Hours of work Full-time position Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm If you have the skills to successfully carry out the requirements of this position, we would like to hear from you!
