Reports to: Community Business Manager Opportunity Cleveland Heights Retirement Living is set in a quiet culdesac, home to 130+ independent villas and apartments. As our Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Business Manager and residents to help ensure smooth daytoday operations of the community. This is a highly residentfacing role where you will enjoy a variety of operational and administrative duties. Your Impact Assist with the ongoing daily operations of the community including safety, security, maintenance/facilities, and compliance checks Be the first point of contact for residents and their queries, suggestions and concerns.
