You''ll join a team of industry experts and be responsible for shaping the success of highquality projects from conception to completion. The Role Finishes Foreman on a multilevel luxury residential development Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme Ability to work autonomously, looking after finishes and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff Excellent build knowledge and people management We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team and work autonomously as required Experience/Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Finishes Foreman delivering largescale commercial towers or residential apartments for a head contractor in Australia. Experience delivering multiresidential development projects over $50m Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred). Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects. Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
