The Opportunity As our Roaming Facility Manager, you will play a key leadership role across our national network of aged care homes. This dynamic and rewarding position offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference wherever you go. Reporting to the Chief of Residential Aged Care, you will travel to homes across Australia to provide handson operational and leadership support. You will be assisting with daily operations, guiding teams, and ensuring highquality care and compliance. This is a great fit for a strong leader who thrives in changing environments and enjoys building relationships across diverse teams and locations.
