Role Overview This newly established Principal (Technical Director) Project Director level role leads complex projects for key energy clients, delivering design and construction services directly to clients and managing Becas multidisciplinary engineering design teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex energy projects from pursuit through design, construction and operation. Provide project management services directly to clients, driving strong client relations and outstanding delivery. Mentor junior team members, strengthening project management capability through development and succession planning. Identify and secure new projects, partnering with the team to lead and support bids. Qualifications Proven project management leadership with experience in power systems (renewables, future energy, generation, transmission, distribution, automation). Strong understanding of project management principles, procurement, cost control and complex project delivery. Exceptional communication skills, building relationships externally and internally. Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or related disciplines. Positive and tenacious attitude, aligned with Becas purpose to Make Everyday Better.
