Neonatologist PIPER Neonatologist Join to apply for the PIPER Neonatologist role at The Royal Childrens Hospital. Location: Melbourne, Victoria. Employment type: Fixed term 12 months (17.5 hrs/week) or Ongoing 17.5 hrs/week (parttime). You Will Be Responsible For Leading the triage and stabilisation advice process including identification of an appropriate receiving unit bed Working with nursing colleagues to ensure appropriate solutions for complex clinical and logistic issues Leading escalation processes Clinical governance activities including case review and quality improvement initiatives Leading and participating in multidisciplinary education activities which may include outreach education in nontertiary hospitals Leading and participating in research Providing professional guidance and support for the services JMS and nursing staff You Will Have FRACP or equivalent in Neonatology Neonatal retrieval experience Demonstrated capacity to work harmoniously and collaboratively within a small team Excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills Specialist Medical Registration with AHPRA Applicants must apply online attaching certified credentials and a completed "SMS Application for Appointment Form."
