Talent Acquisition Business Partner At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics, and as our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, youll play a key supporting role in helping us engage the amazing talent that makes it all possible. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead Support Functions, youll support screening and scheduling interviews for our Support Offices across Australia and New Zealand, providing an outstanding candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a supportive, collaborative, and fastpaced environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards. This role is a 6month contract and features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement. Location Macquarie Park (Hybrid) What youll be doing Review applications, screen candidates and schedule interviews Build and nurture candidate pipelines, ensuring ongoing engagement for both current and future opportunities Stay up to date on industry trends, continuously improving our processes and candidate experience Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver on strategic objectives What were looking for Youre a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a dynamic, relationshipdriven environment. Requirements: 2 years experience in talent acquisition Proven ability to support recruitment in complex and fastpaced environments Exceptional spoken and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities A customerfirst mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools Why join VetPartners?
