Responsibilities Lead strategic and commercial direction to grow the organisation and increase market presence. Build and maintain a compelling value proposition, cultivate partnerships and grow ECAs host employer network. Lead a valuesdriven team, fostering a highperforming culture built on safety, inclusion, accountability and best practice. Champion innovation, operational discipline and a service mindset across a multisite environment. Provide timely, strategic and evidencebased advice to the Board, supporting governance maturity. Represent ECA externally as a trusted voice and advocate for apprenticeships, engaging government, industry bodies, employers and community stakeholders. Ensure strategic alignment with organisational goals and drive the next chapter of growth. Qualifications Strong experience in sales, marketing or B2B environments, with proven results in commercial growth. Strategic foresight and commercial acumen. Ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships, including government, industry and community partners. Proven leadership in developing highperformance teams with focus on safety, inclusion and accountability. Demonstrated ability to influence and advocate on behalf of a large organisation.
