Solution Architect Davidson Our client operates within the Australian energy and utilities sector, delivering essential electricity and gas services across complex, highly regulated environments. The business is investing heavily in modern cloud technologies and integration capabilities to support evolving market and customer expectations. About the Role As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of endtoend technical solutions that support customercentric initiatives across electricity and gas domains. Acting as a senior technical authority, you will shape integration patterns, guide delivery teams and ensure solutions align with Australian energy market regulations and enterprise architecture standards. You will work as an internal systems integrator, partnering closely with business analysts, developers, project managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication between cloud services, CRM platforms and core utility systems such as Meter to Cash and Meter to Market. The role requires handson architectural leadership, particularly in designing direct customer interaction models using cloud native and CRM technologies, while driving continuous improvement across metering, distribution and customer engagement capabilities. About You Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the Australian utilities sector, specifically electricity and gas Strong understanding of Australian electricity and gas market regulatory frameworks and DNSP operating models Demonstrated experience designing endtoend solution architectures, including integration patterns and detailed design artefacts Handson experience with SAP Service Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud and AWS services such as Lambda, Connect and messaging frameworks Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes Seniority level MidSenior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Utilities How to Apply Please apply with a current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
