The Role As Senior Developer (on track to be a Lead), youll balance handson engineering with shaping the future of their platform. Youll write code, guide technical direction, review peers work, and collaborate closely with leadership to design architecture that supports continued growth and scalability. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, maintainable code across backend and frontend Lead peer reviews and uplift engineering standards Shape architecture decisions as the platform modernises Collaborate with Product, Design, and other teams to solve real-world problems Support a culture of autonomy, innovation, and technical excellence Python, React, MobX, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWS and more - all running in a mature DevOps environment.
