Your Opportunity As our Head of Clinical Practice Seniors Communities , you will provide strategic leadership for clinical governance and quality across our villages. You''ll champion best practice, implement aged care reforms, and embed Anglicare''s ''For Life'' capability framework. By driving compliance and innovation, you''ll help us deliver exceptional care and shape the future of aged care. With integrity and resilience, you will : Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks and best practice models. Oversee compliance, risk management and quality improvement initiatives. Build communities of practice and foster collaboration across regions. Partner with the Head of Training to deliver competency-based education. Act as a mentor and coach to clinical leaders, building workforce capability. What You''ll Bring What You''ll Bring You are a strategic, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and drives change. AHPRA Registered Nurse with Bachelor of Nursing. 10+ years'' experience in aged care, including community-based care. Proven leadership in clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement. Strong financial acumen and ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities. Exceptional communication, influencing skills and high emotional intelligence. Why Anglicare?
