The Role This is a role for an experienced Solutions Architect who will be designing and governing endtoend technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and IT strategy. Sitting within the Cloud & Infrastructure team, this role works in close partnership with the central Enterprise Architecture function, embedded technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, resilient, and costeffective solutions. The role balances technical depth with business pragmatism ensuring solutions are both architecturally sound and practically deliverable in fastpaced, multipriority environments. What You Bring To The Role Solution Architecture - 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in infrastructure architecture Cloud Infrastructure & Networking - Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security, migration), VMwarebased private cloud, and hybrid cloud models. Skilled in producing highlevel network designs, including diagrams that highlight routing, segmentation, and firewall requirements Enterprise Networking - Strong understanding of enterprise and cloud network architecture, including hybrid connectivity (VPNs, SDWAN, ExpressRoute), secure network segmentation, and integration of network security controls (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS), with the ability to design solutions that align with infrastructure, identity, and security requirements Cybersecurity - Ability to integrate enterprise security controls into solution designs, including antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint protection (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon), and firewalls Identity & Access Management - AD, Azure AD/EntraID, and related directory services.
