Job Details and Benefits As the Warehouse Manager, you will support the Operation Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and team collaboration. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining smooth workflows and meeting operational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team and participate in continuous management training. Key Responsibilities Strong customer centric focus and building customer relationships to ensure our customers'' expectations are serviced effectively and efficiently. Assisting in managing warehouse staff and daily operations (including effective planning for daily, weekly jobs that is being scheduled in WAVE). Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Overseeing stock control, inventory management (including accurate invoicing of storage and completed tasks), and resource allocation. Collaborating with internal teams on a regular basis to optimize logistics and efficiency of teams. Acting as the Operations Manager in their absence. Key Requirements Experience in warehouse operations or logistics (Refrigeration experience a bonus) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and drive to ensure process is done right first time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities NEED TO KNOW MORE?
