This pivotal role holds operational accountability for the Physiotherapy Department, reporting operationally to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery and maintaining professional accountability to the Physiotherapy Discipline Advisor.The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, guiding and managing the physiotherapy service to ensure the delivery of highquality, patientcentred care.
