Technical Project Manager TESS Search PartnersThis role supports REDARC Electronics growth strategy by managing new product development projects from idea approval to production release. The Project Manager reports to the NPD Manager and works crossfunctionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Quality, Finance, Sales and external partners.Base pay rangeA$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yrKey responsibilitiesOwn and manage assigned NPD projects from approval to production releaseDevelop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans, schedules and forecastsLead project governance, including Stage Gate reviews and key change eventsManage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and risk registersEnsure delivery of approved product specifications and achievement of target CoGsChair project meetings, including kickoffs, reviews and completion milestonesCoordinate and negotiate internal and external resources to support deliveryManage supplier and customer contracts, ensuring commercial readiness prior to project commencementWork closely with procurement, legal and commercial teams to align contractual obligations with project scopeMonitor project performance, implement corrective actions and capture lessons learnedProvide accurate project reporting to Operations, Project teams and FinanceContribute to R&D tax application documentation at financial year endPromote REDARCs core values, safety standards and quality systems across all project activitiesAbout youDegree-qualified in manufacturing management, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceProven experience delivering multidisciplinary new product development projects end to endBackground in electronics or technically complex product environmentsStrong understanding of technical specifications, supplier and customer contractsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, risk and change in complex environmentsConfident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsExperience working crossfunctionally and leading project teams without direct reportsFamiliarity with structured project management systems and governance frameworksKnowledge of WHS requirements and a strong commitment to safety and qualityExperience with Microsoft Project and technical or contractual documentation is advantageousBenefitsREDARC employees enjoy access to health and wellbeing initiatives, an employee assistance program, community activities and regular company events.For confidential enquiries, please contact Donna Ferris or Sarah Corbett at TESS Search Partners, or apply via the link provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
