An experienced administration professional who can work in a fast-paced office environment focusing on variety of financial clerical duties related to customers and billing. Reporting to the Business Hub Team Leader, you will review NDIS customers plan and liaise with plan managers, NDIA and carers to secure funding for customer supports alongside complete billing as required. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional adept at navigating and maintaining a broad range of internal and external platforms to facilitate seamless and efficient service delivery. What can you expect to be doing? Complete customer billing as required, and ensure appropriate measures and checks are completed within the customer database system to allow accuracy. Review NDIS customers'' plan and initiate actions to secure funding and ensure funds are available for customers to utilise. Provide partnership with the finance team to make sure accurate billing and statement recovery processes are met. Generate regular, accurate and relevant reports, and maintain documentation, data and statistics utilising the program service systems. Coordinate with customers, managers, and stakeholders to secure funds to purchase supports required and invoice accordingly to the relevant teams. What do you need to bring? Certificate IV in Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge around billing and finance specifically NDIS service bookings and billing (desirable). High level computer skills, including use of Microsoft office and navigation and use of customer database system, Salesforce Lumary is desirable. Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to interpret, analyse data, with a focus on identify errors, as well as system and operations improvements. Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks accordingly, while contributing to the teamwork culture.
