Judges - Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) Join to apply for the Judges - Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) role at Attorney-General''s Department The Attorney-General, the Hon Michelle Rowland MP, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons for appointment as judges of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (Divisions 1 and 2). Applications are sought for Division 1 and Division 2 vacancies that will arise in the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Parramatta and Newcastle registries of the FCFCOA across family law and general federal law jurisdictions. This process will also be used to fill any additional vacancies in the FCFCOA that arise across the next 18 months.
