This is a full time position based in our Caloundra Office our centralised rostering headquarters which supports clients within Sydney, NSW Central Coast and Sunshine Coast regions. This is an inoffice based position and the successful applicant will be delegated to our East Sydney Region Rostering Team. Responsibilities of the Role Maintain precise records of rosters and attendance. Act as the vital conduit between the organization, our dedicated care workers, brokerage services and our valued clients. Skillfully manage roster queries, urgent shift changes, and filling vacant shifts promptly whilst maintaining client choice and compassion. Monitor carer hours diligently to ensure compliance with SCHADS industry standards and legal obligations. Provide consistent and responsive communication via phone and email to clients, staff, and agencies. Produce seamless published rosters for our carers 2 weeks in advance in accordance with SCHADS and Part Time employee contractual obligations. Use your unique skills and problemsolving abilities to match carer with client to ensure quality and safe care is provided. Report directly to the Rostering Team Leader workforce utilisation concerns. Provide insight and reporting of staff utilisation, overtime, monitoring of service request and vacant visit planner. Delegate tasks and conduct morning huddle with your dedicated customer service officers. Manage your delegated region''s schedules and maintain strong working relationships with care partners, care workers, customer service officers and external providers. Provide oncall coverage for afterhours roster as needed (approximately one evening every 6 weeks). Why Work with Us? The ideal candidate will have: Aged Care and/or Disability Services Experience While formal qualifications in aged care are desirable, they are not compulsory. What matters most is your dedication and experience in the field. Customer Service Skills Ability to communicate effectively and deliver highquality service. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. Attention to Detail Highlevel administrative and organisational skills.
