We are looking for the next RecruitmentSUPERSTAR! An exciting opportunity now exists for a recruitment professional enthusiastic about talent acquisition to join our Head Office team in Kallangur, Permanent Part-Time position Monday to Friday. Key Duties and Position Utilising recruitment platforms to cocreate and post position advertisements. Collaborating with marketing for social media employment advertising. Employee screening in alignment with Child Safe practices including BlueCard verification via organisation portal, ACECQA and mandatory qualification verification, assisting with reference checking. Onboarding including letter of offer creation, Tanda profile setup, orientation and induction scheduling and communication. Communication of received resumes and expressions of interest to LEAD Childcare centres. Coordination of career expos and recruitment events. Resignation processing and facilitating exit interviews. Understanding of Child Safe Standards in relation to recruitment. Knowledge of Childrens Services Award 2010. Ability to creatively engage target audience. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Curious and willing to ask questions. Happy disposition and strong work ethic. Experience with Tanda will be highly regarded. The successful candidate must have a high level of organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with centre managers and senior management to understand the recruitment needs of individual LEAD centres.
