In this fulltime position, you will play a vital role in leading and overseeing the daytoday operations of our early education centre in Rutherford, NSW. What youll be doing Ensuring the centre operates in accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies to provide a safe, nurturing, and highquality learning environment for children. Overseeing the development, implementation, and review of the centres educational program and practice. Actively engaging with children, families, and the community to build strong partnerships. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to a dedicated team of educators. Monitoring staff performance and professional development to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Managing daytoday administrative tasks, including rosters, budgets, and recordkeeping. Championing the centres values and contributing to its ongoing growth and success. What were looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education. Demonstrated experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Service Manager in the childcare sector. Exceptional leadership and peoplemanagement skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and other regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and stakeholders. Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities in a fastpaced environment. Passion for providing exceptional early learning experiences and a commitment to childcentred practice.
