The Position We are seeking a skilled Food Technologist to join our Quality and New Product Development (NPD) team at our Narangba facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in food science and technology, who is passionate about food safety and product innovation. Key Responsibilities Act as a key member of the Quality and NPD team. Provide operational coverage within the quality team, including: Quality checks Product evaluations Internal audits Raw material and finished product testing Assist in new product creation, validation, and commercialisation for products and packaging. Collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, and QA/Technical teams to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety throughout the development cycle. Support continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes. About You Tertiary qualification in Food Science/Technology or equivalent. Experience in the pet food industry is highly advantageous with experience in pet food nutrition. Highly motivated and self-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
