About the Role As a Graduate Civil Design Engineer, you will support the delivery of civil design projects across residential subdivisions, infrastructure, stormwater, roads and utilities. Your work will be closely supervised by senior engineers and the Civil Design Team Leader, giving you handson experience while developing strong technical foundations. CivPlan is committed to structured development. Youll receive guidance, mentoring and increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence grow, with clear pathways for progression as the business expands. What Youll Be Doing Assist with civil designs and drawings for land development and infrastructure projects. Learn and develop capability in design software including BricsCAD, CSD, DRAINS, MUSIC, QGIS and hydraulic modelling tools. Support calculations, modelling and technical assessments. Assist with preparing design documentation, reports and specifications under supervision. Work collaboratively within project teams to deliver accurate, highquality outcomes. Participate in internal design reviews and problemsolving discussions. Assist with design updates, revisions and quality checks. Attend project and client meetings with senior engineers, learning how to communicate technical information professionally. Support the preparation of submission packages and plans. Learning & Development Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development. Build a strong understanding of industry standards, codes and best practice. Receive structured feedback and support toward Engineers Australia membership and eventual Chartership. About You Youll thrive at CivPlan if you are curious, motivated and eager to learn. Were looking for someone who: Has recently completed (or is nearing completion of) a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Is detailoriented and takes pride in producing accurate, highquality work. Enjoys problemsolving and technical challenges. Communicates clearly and works well within a team environment. Takes initiative and ownership of learning and development.
