About the role Rembrandt Living Home Care operations is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality and Risk Coordinator who is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and monitoring performance against standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Home Care operations and services meet regulatory and accreditation standards and support a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of systems that support regulatory compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all legislative and accreditation standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards, and other relevant regulations Act as an advisor to Home Care Leadership on risk and quality matters Oversee the Home Cares improvement program, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of improvement initiatives Manage systems for feedback, complaints, compliments, and suggestions to enhance service delivery Represent Rembrandt Living in internal and external forums related to quality and risk Build strong working relationships across departments to support integrated governance Consult with clinical, operational, administrative, and consumer engagement teams to ensure policies are practical and fit-for-purpose Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualification in a related field, such as nursing, allied health, health administration or quality assurance. Proven experience in quality coordination or a similar role within the healthcare or home care sector. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks, such as the Aged Care Quality Standards, the Aged Care Act, Support at Home and community based aged care programs HCP, CHSP, respite is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
