You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management, provide assessment of patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments. To be successful in this role, you will have: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or parttime equivalent). Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification. About Richmond Health Centre Richmond Health Centre is located at RAAF Base Richmond, the oldest Air Force base in NSW, 50km northwest of Sydney and home to the C130J Hercules medium transport aircraft. The facility provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health and pharmaceutical services to Defence members. The base also operates a 24hour inpatient ward, which closes over the weekend. Standard operating hours are generally 07301630MonThurs, and 07301400 Friday (depending on role requirements).
