Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Passionate about mentoring and inspiring educators. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a supportive leadership style. Collaborative and proactive, focused on delivering high-quality educational outcomes. What Youll Do As the Assistant Director, you will be supporting the Centre Director in day-to-day operations. Mentor and guide educators, fostering professional growth and excellence. Lead and support room teams as a Team Leader, building strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Float across rooms to ensure consistency and smooth daily operations. Dedicate non-contact time to management tasks, including rostering, team development, and compliance.
