We celebrate our values of: We lead with enthusiasm and purpose We are open, honest and respectful We foster wellbeing and creativity We achieve our goals and succeed together We Are Looking For We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Infrastructure Planning Coordinator who will play a key role in managing the Infrastructure Planning Team and provide a high level of technical expertise for road, bridge, drainage and associated assets; traffic matters, paid parking and parking management schemes; and road and property matters. Some Specific Tasks Develop annual programs of works for council assets by undertaking desktop assessments and preparing concept designs. Prepare project briefs for forward capital works including preliminary cost estimates. Undertake maintenance planning and provide advice to the Works Coordinator to ensure highquality services. Prepare specifications, contract documents or quotations and analyse tenders, reporting recommendations. Manage road and property matters, including acquisition and sale of land, road closures, road naming, signage, leasing and S138 applications. Manage paid parking and parking management schemes. The successful candidate will meet the criteria set out in the Position Description below. This position is offered as a fixedterm appointment until 30June2028 to temporarily replace an employee who is on secondment. This Opportunity Offers Fulltime position (35hours per week) until 30June2028 Salary and conditions aligned with the NSW Local Government Award; salary range $2,280.21$2,641.97 per 35hour week plus a 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance where eligible.
