Validated Construction Materials Pty Ltd Shepparton VIC Validated Construction Materials Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria. As a fulltime Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our material testing and quality assurance processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality construction materials to our clients. What you''ll be doing Performing a range of physical, chemical and analytical tests on construction materials such as aggregates, concrete and soil Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results Documenting test procedures and results in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies Collaborating with the broader team to identify and troubleshoot testing issues Maintaining a clean, safe and organized laboratory environment What we''re looking for Any tertiary level qualification in a relevant field is acceptable for this position 2-3 years of experience working as a Laboratory Technician in the construction materials industry (not required but is preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and reliable test results Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team Australian citizenship is required for this role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver''s licence What we offer At Validated Construction Materials Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
