With a proud reputation for quality and customer service, we are now looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our team and help keep our installations running smoothly. The Role As our Installation Coordinator, youll be the vital link between our customers, installers, and manufacturing team. Youll manage the scheduling of planned installations, coordinate site requirements, and ensure our clients receive a seamless experience from production to installation. This role is a 5am start. Key Responsibilities Coordinate installation schedules, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time Liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to confirm site details and requirements Prepare and manage job files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date Support the senior Installations Coordinator with planning, problemsolving, and logistics Maintain high levels of communication to deliver a smooth customer experience Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality standards are met Use computer systems to plan, check and schedule. About You Were looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment. Youll enjoy problemsolving, juggling schedules, and keeping projects moving. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a coordinator, scheduler, or project support role (construction/manufacturing industry highly regarded) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at once Good computer literacy and comfort working with scheduling systems Why Join Us?
