Youll lead, mentor, and support your team while also stepping in with handson care when needed. Youll manage rosters, ensure smooth service delivery, and work closely with clients and families to create personalised, meaningful support. Youll also build strong relationships with community networks to help clients achieve great outcomes. What Youll Bring Cert III or higher in Disability/Individual Support (or similar) Experience leading or mentoring a team (highly regarded) Background in disability or aged care, including personal care Understanding of NDIS standards and personcentred practice Strong communication, organisational & problemsolving skills NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR & Drivers Licence Why Join Us?
