About the role As the IT Manager at Rembrandt Living, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining fit for purpose and costeffective IT systems and infrastructure that meets the needs of Rembrandt Living''s ongoing operational and compliance needs. In this fulltime position based across Oaklands Park, SA5046, and Hillcrest, SA5086, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the IT Roadmap and improving operational efficiency across the organisation. What youll be doing Manage the IT team that provides helpdesk support, network reliability and security, system implementation and upgrades, and onboarding/offboarding to ensure that users have the technology required to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively. Maintain up to date knowledge of modern business systems and technology and share that knowledge with the IT team and others as appropriate. Advise on cyber security principles and implement controls to minimise external threats to data and systems, utilising external experts where necessary. Consult with the Board, Executive Managers and Senior Leaders to build the IT Roadmap, including the prioritisation and scheduling of projects and initiatives. Deliver the Roadmap ensuring operational teams feedback is incorporated in project decisions and implementation planning. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. Build relationships across the organisation through communication, curiosity and transparency. Lead and maintain a continuous improvement mindset within the IT team. Review and maintain IT policies and procedures, IT Disaster Recovery procedure and IT Risk Register. What were looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior IT management or leadership role, preferably in the information and communication technology industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading IT teams, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Strong technical expertise in areas such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions. Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into businessfriendly language. Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience in successfully delivering IT projects. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
