You will work closely with the Employment Service Area Manager to guide service delivery, support new and existing staff, and help drive outcomes that change lives. This is a role for someone who leads through experiencethrough empathy, through initiative, and through action. Responsibilities Support participants with complex barriers, delivering tailored, personcentered support. Mentor and guide new staff, contributing to team development. Implement innovative case management strategies and employmentfocused programs that lead to outcomes. Work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment to support site performance through mentoring, program delivery, and collaborative practice. Build trust and rapport with participants, colleagues, and community stakeholders. Qualifications Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a strong track record of supporting people with disability into meaningful employment. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants with complex barriers. Experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development. Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employmentfocused programs that lead to outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A mature, proactive, solutionsfocused mindset. Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us.
