This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in creating efficient and supportive systems.As the Business Administration Coordinator, you will:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, COO, and Leadership TeamPrepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up for meetingsDraft, proofread, and format reports, correspondence, and presentationsOversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate internal staff events and engagement activitiesAct as Return to Work Coordinator (training provided if needed)Support People & Culture administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and engagement initiativesAssist with learning & development coordination and administrationAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:3+ years'' experience in administration, office management, or executive supportExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and calendar/email systemsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyDesirable:Certificate IV/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldExperience in HR or recruitment administrationKnowledge of Return to Work Coordinator responsibilities (or willingness to train)RequirementsNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Employee Working with Children Check.
