Overview We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do. As a Receptionist youll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Werribee. St Vincents Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne''s city centre. We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents. Responsibilities As a receptionist youll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents. Qualifications Experience in a similar role. Experience in managing HR systems preferable. High level of customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to follow directives as per care plan. Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities preferable. Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (valid within 6 months).
