Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Service Attendant to work in our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the golf shop, providing information about the course and services. Handle retail sales, including processing transactions and managing inventory. Schedule tee times and manage bookings efficiently. Serve coffee and alcoholic beverages to patrons, ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. The successful candidate will be required to obtain an QLD RSA. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop and surrounding areas. Assist with the coordination of golf events as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or retail role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities. Basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Reliable transportation to and from the golf course. A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required. If you do not currently hold an RSA, you must be willing to obtain one.
